Who we are

EMA Account Guide (emaaccount.com) is operated privately in the United States. Contact: hello@emaaccount.com.

What we collect

• An email address — only if you type one in. That is the only personal information our forms collect. We use it to send what you signed up for, and news and offers about EMA Account Guide and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.
• Basic traffic data. Our host (Cloudflare) provides aggregate, non-identifying statistics (visits, pages, countries).
• Analytics and advertising cookies. This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure which pages people find useful and how visitors arrive here. These are set by Google and Meta, who may use them to show ads on their own platforms. We may match an email address, in scrambled (hashed) form, with advertising services such as Facebook and Google to show our ads. You can opt out with your browser's ad-blocking or Do Not Track settings, or through Google's and Meta's own ad settings.

How your information is stored and used

• What you submit is stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
• We never sell your data.
• We may email you news and offers about EMA Account Guide and other Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy (TDBA) programs and products.

Business transfers

If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.

Unsubscribe / deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write hello@emaaccount.com from that address. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you; we keep your address on file, marked do-not-send.

Children

Our forms are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers and coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, write hello@emaaccount.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
